Location: Athens, Greece Work Model: Onsite Languages Required: Minimum Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
Job Summary
Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting a global client. In this role, you will provide high-quality support, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a seamless experience for users in a fast-paced, cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
- 2. Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- 3. Provide product and service information to customers in a clear and helpful manner.
- 4. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or elevate when necessary.
- 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 2. Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- 3. Fluent in Dutch (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2).
- 4. Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
- 5. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- 6. Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
Benefits
- 1. Competitive salary package with 14 salaries per year (12 monthly salaries plus additional payments at Easter, Summer, and Christmas).

- 6. Permanent employment contract (40 hours per week – 8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
