LIMS Labware Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the life sciences sector, is looking for a specialist to bridge the gap between laboratory operations and digital systems. This role focuses on translating analytical methods into digital logic and ensuring technical accuracy within a quality control environment.

• Translate analytical methods into computer logic for digital systems.
• Configure and administer laboratory information management systems to support quality control operations.
• Manage the structure of analytical methods including samples, tests, specifications, and calculations.
• Ensure digital methods are accurate and compliant within a regulatory framework.
• Collaborate with laboratory teams to digitize manual processes.

• Experience with LabWare or other LIMS administration and configuration.
• Background in a quality control laboratory with an understanding of analytical method structures.
• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy.
• You're rigorous and precise, particularly when working in a GMP environment.
• You are fluent in French with professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of GMP requirements, data integrity, and good documentation practices.
• Previous experience drafting technical documentation or performing dry-runs.
• Basic understanding of SAP QM, including inspection and sampling plans.
