To meet the increasing demand of these fiduciaries, we are actively looking for Business Analysts with a background in the accounting sector. What will you do?
As a Business Analyst focusing on accounting firms, your role is pivotal in driving adoption of Odoo as the first software solution where accountants and entrepreneurs collaborate on a common platform. You will be at the forefront of business development efforts, strategically positioning Odoo as the go-to choice for accounting firms seeking to evolve from accountants into trusted business advisors.
- Implementing Odoo: Analyze client needs, design tailored solutions, and configure workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency for accounting firms.
- Partner Management: Actively support the growth of Odoo's partner network, empowering accounting firms worldwide to become certified Odoo Experts.
- Training: Demonstrate Odoo's capabilities as an Accounting Firms Expert through specialized knowledge and continuous training both internally and externally.
- Product improvement: Collaborate with Product Owners to convey customer and partner feedback, contributing to the Odoo Experience event.
- Business development: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to elevate Odoo's suite of apps reputation within the accounting community. Participate in events such as roadshows, academies, fairs, school classes and workshops.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting firms.
- Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
- Valid work permit for Belgium.
- Fast learner, multitasker with good communication and negotiation skills.
- Autonomous, assertive, proactive.
- Affinity with IT world.
Nice to have
- ITAA certification.
- Experience in management software implementation.
- Knowledge in credit management, financial planning, IFRS.
