- Previousexperienceinapatientservices,healthcarecoordination,orpharmaceuticalsupportrole
- Strongunderstandingofpatientsupportprogrammesandhealthcaresystems
- Experienceworkinginaregulatedenvironment(e.g.GxP,GDPR)
- Abilitytomanagemultiplestakeholdersacrossdifferentfunctions
- Excellentorganisationalandcoordinationskillswithattentiontodetail
- Comfortableworkinginafast-paced,delivery-focusedenvironment
- Patientservicesorprogrammecoordinationexperience
- FamiliaritywithCRMorcasemanagementsystems
- Knowledgeofcompliance,dataprivacy,andregulatoryrequirements
- Reportinganddatatrackingcapabilities
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(Excel,Outlook,PowerPoint)
- Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills
- Patient-centricmindsetwithafocusonqualityandempathy
