Netcracker, part of NEC Corporation, is seeking an experienced Director of Quality Assurance to lead QA strategy across our BSS platforms, including billing, CRM and order management. This role combines deep QA leadership with telecom domain expertise and customer-facing experience to support revenue growth and successful deal closures.
You will build and scale a QA organization across manual, automation, performance and test data teams, define metrics and report outcomes to customers and SLAs.
