Thema Foundries in Belgium is seeking an Equipment Engineer to own the maintenance plan for a defined set of Fab tools, ensuring performance, quality and availability while driving continuous improvement in a high‑tech, regulated environment.
You will implement preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, monitor equipment performance, define improvement projects (uptime, MTBF, MTTR, OEE, cost) and train maintenance technicians, collaborating closely with production teams.
