We're looking for a senior functional analyst to map business processes and turn them into clear specifications for implementation. You'll work from the early project stages, describing current and future processes and checking that delivery matches what was agreed with business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Lead workshops and meetings to gather business process information.
- Map current and future business processes in detail.
- Write process documentation that analysts can use directly for implementation.
- Apply established standards and methods when defining project deliverables.
- Check implemented solutions against the processes agreed with business stakeholders.
What you bring
- Experience with Agile / Scrum, BPMN and UML.
- Ability to document requirements through use cases and user stories.
- Storytelling skills to explain processes and proposed solutions clearly.
- Testing skills to validate solutions against documented requirements.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to lead business discussions.
- Ability to turn abstract concepts into practical solutions.
- Ability to analyse data and assess information critically.
- Cross-functional understanding to assess how decisions affect other business areas.
- French (B2).
- Dutch (B2).
- English (B1).
Good to know
- A 40-hour working week, with flexible hours between 07:30 and 20:00.
- Core hours are 09:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00.
