Calculator/Aankoper

• As a Calculator/Buyer you translate electrical project plans and client requests into accurate calculations, so that quotations are technically substantiated and commercially viable.
• You request prices from suppliers, compare terms and monitor the balance between quality, lead time and total cost.
• For execution purposes, you place orders for electrical materials and follow up on project-related purchases from request to delivery.
• You work closely with the project manager and ensure that material choices, budgets and timing are well aligned.
• Contact with clients and suppliers forms an important part of the role: you clarify queries, discuss alternatives and keep agreements clear.
• You contribute to a reliable purchasing approach by carefully managing pricing information, supplier data and previous calculations.
• From Zonhoven, you support a diverse range of electrical projects including schools, residential care facilities, hospitals, town halls and hotels; residential construction is not part of the activities.

You will join an organisation with an informal, people-oriented working culture. Colleagues work closely together, support one another and also make time for informal team moments outside working hours.

• Je hebt ruime ervaring als calculator, kostprijsberekenaar, aankoper of inkoper binnen elektrische installaties of een vergelijkbare technische projectomgeving.
• Technische plannen, materiaallijsten, offertes en prijsvergelijkingen zijn voor jou vertrouwde informatiebronnen; je kunt berekeningen kritisch controleren en helder onderbouwen.
• Onderhandelen en communiceren met klanten, leveranciers en projectleiders gaat je vlot af. Je stemt verwachtingen tijdig af, omdat correcte informatie rechtstreeks bijdraagt aan rendabele en goed georganiseerde projecten.
• Nauwkeurigheid en eigenaarschap zijn belangrijk: je volgt aanvragen, bestellingen en prijsafspraken systematisch op en signaleert afwijkingen voordat ze de uitvoering beïnvloeden.
• Je werkt zelfstandig, maar zoekt actief afstemming wanneer een technische of commerciële keuze impact heeft op budget, kwaliteit of planning.
