The Louvain Institute of Biomolecular Sciences and Technology (LIBST) at UCLouvain, Belgium, invites applications for a PhD Position in Microbial Biochemistry. The project aims to establish an enzymatic toolbox for the biological valorisation of aromatic compounds generated by reductive catalytic fractionation of lignin.
Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology and are expected to commence on 5 Oct 2026.
