In this role, you will support and maintain the quality system across a broad range of operational activities. You will manage quality documentation, calibration compliance, deviations, incidents, out of specification results, complaints, batch reviews, audits and validation reviews. You will also contribute to quality reporting, monitoring activities, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Document management: Manage templates, review quality sensitive documentation and ensure procedures remain current
- Calibration management: Review calibration certificates, verify equipment status and follow up corrective actions
- Quality investigations: Follow up incidents, deviations and out of specification results, conduct impact assessments and coordinate root cause investigations
- CAPA management: Coordinate and monitor corrective and preventive actions arising from quality issues
- Complaint management: Handle supplier, customer and internal complaints while identifying trends and improvement opportunities
- Quality reviews: Perform batch record reviews and prepare annual product quality and continued process verification reports
- Audits and validation: Support audits, prepare documentation, follow up findings and perform quality reviews of validation activities
- Operational monitoring: Support environmental and utility monitoring, logbook reviews, pest control and rejection management
- Quality improvement: Participate in operational quality reviews and projects focused on improving products, processes and services
Required competences & skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within a GMP environment
- Broad QA expertise: Strong experience across multiple quality assurance activities rather than prolonged specialisation in one specific function or quality management system
- Practical mindset: A hands on approach with the ability to take ownership and work effectively in an operational environment
- Technical writing: Strong ability to clearly and accurately document investigations, deviations and quality documentation
- Languages: Professional proficiency in Dutch and English is required as some procedures and documentation are in Dutch
- Quality systems: Experience with deviations, investigations, CAPA, documentation, audits and other core quality processes
- Sterile environment: Previous experience within a sterile environment is a plus
