Multisite Office Manager — Culture

Fastned is expanding in Belgium with offices in Ghent and Brussels. We seek an experienced Office Manager to make both locations run smoothly, welcoming and well-equipped while connecting to Fastned’s culture. You’ll work with local leaders, building management and suppliers, with regular presence in Ghent and Brussels.

You will organize onboarding, events and team gatherings, nurture a positive workplace, and focus on safety, accessibility and an inclusive environment across our Belgium offices.
