Interim CEO

Our client is a European Federation, based in Brussels with focus on EU-level advocacy and representation of interests including political and regulatory monitoring.

For their offices in Brussels, we are looking for an INTERIM CEO.

THE ROLE

As the Federation is a small organisation, the interim CEO must combine a strong C-level executive presence with a highly operational, hands-on approach.

This role includes the assessment of the current organisation, and the presentation of recommendations to the Board for organisational and operational improvements.

This is an assignment for 3 days per week during a limited period of time.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Strong previous experience in operational leadership of a trade association, professional association, federation or chamber.
• Very strong communication and relation-building skills
• Outstanding financial, planning and organisational experience
• Pro-active with strong listening and analytical skills
• Fluency in English.
