Netcompany Belgium is seeking an Application Support Agent Junior to be the first point of contact for customers, diagnosing issues and guiding users through resolutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of our applications and contribute to knowledge resources.
Ideal candidates have a degree in computer science or related science fields, strong English communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
