We're looking for an organised and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our Brussels and Antwerp offices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in facilities, workplace services, office coordination, or a similar role who enjoys creating a positive and productive workplace experience.
As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors, and suppliers, you'll play a key role in ensuring our offices operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Working closely with the Regional Real Estate & Facilities Manager, you'll support facilities operations, health & safety activities, ESG initiatives, vendor management, and workplace projects across both locations.
This is a hands-on, onsite position, splitting your time between our Brussels office (3 days per week) and Antwerp office (2 days per week), providing an excellent opportunity to make a visible impact on the employee experience and workplace environment.
