Maritiem bediende

As a Martiem clerk, you play a key role within our organisation. Your responsibilities include the following:

• You are responsible for the full oversight of operational activities on site;
• This includes, amongst other things, bookings, operational files, invoicing, complaint registration and follow-up, all managed via the terminal management system;
• Together with your team, you organise and optimise the scheduling of ships, trains and lorries;
• You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will handle day-to-day communication;
• You will ensure the correct processing of (customs) documents in the appropriate registers;
• You will be responsible for the daily reporting of terminal activities and stock monitoring via the terminal management system;
• You provide timely and accurate data for customer invoicing, thereby supporting the accounts department.

Als Martiem bediende beschik je over de onderstaande kwaliteiten:

• Je beschikt over een bachelorsdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
• Je beschikt over ervaring binnen de logistiek en/of maritieme sector
• Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen teamwerk en zelfstandig werken, afhankelijk van de situatie;
• Je communiceert helder, professioneel en doelgericht, zowel intern als met klanten;
• Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, met oog voor detail en kwaliteit;
• Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en resultaatgericht;
• Je beschikt over sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden en behoudt het overzicht, zelfs in drukke periodes;
• Je hebt een kritische blik en denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen;
• Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en toont eigenaarschap in alles wat je doet;
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Frans en andere talen zijn een hele mooie plus;
• Ervaring in de logistieke sector en kennis van douane- en importdocumenten is een sterke pré, maar geen vereiste;
• Je staat op voor een dag ploegen stelsel in de toekomst toe te passen aan de hand van een rotatie schema week om week. Je zal opstarten 6u/8u/10u/12u
