Bioinformatics Data Engineer — Clinical AI Ontology

Eno Health is building an AI-powered platform to support personalised care and long-term wellness. You will own the biology content layer of our knowledge graph, including pathways, genes, molecules and their mappings, ensuring provenance and clinical-grade computability.

You will curate data from major knowledge resources, validate annotations, and collaborate with data scientists and clinical leaders in a regulated environment. Hybrid work from Ghent is offered.
