We're looking for a Rental Site Supervisor who can take ownership of on-site operations, coordinate workers, handle client communication, and ensure that the rental process (delivery → installation → return) happens without delays or issues.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee on-site rental activities from delivery to return
  • Coordinate workers, drivers, and installation teams
  • Communicate with clients and ensure their requirements are met
  • Inspect materials for quality, damage, or missing items
  • Maintain daily reports, checklists, and progress updates
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Manage timelines for installation and dismantling
  • Support the operations team with inventory and planning
  • Resolve on-site problems quickly and professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–4 years experience in site supervision, operations, or field management
  • Strong communication and people-handling skills
  • Ability to manage teams and ensure timely work completion
  • Basic knowledge of rental materials and equipment
  • Understanding of safety rules and work-site discipline
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Organized, reliable, responsible, and solution-driven

Skills & Qualifications

  • Any degree/diploma (or relevant field experience)
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Must be comfortable working on-site with workers and clients
  • Physical ability to inspect materials when required

Responsibilities
