SAP Training Coordinator

Introductie

The SAP Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing, monitoring and reporting all training activities required to ensure successful adoption of SAP S/4HANAwithin a large transformation program.

Users, Change Management, PMO, IT Learning& Development, IT Infrastructure teams and other stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Needs Analysis

• Identify training needs together with Business Process Owners, Key Users and business stakeholders.
• Perform training gap analyses and define training priorities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA user adoption through training initiatives.
• Define and monitor training KPIs and readiness indicators.
• Align training planning with Change Management activities.

Training Development & Content Governance

• Coordinate the development of training material.
• Ensure compliance of training documentation, e-learning content and SAP Enable Now content with applicable standards.
• Coordinate reviews with Business and IT stakeholders.
• Monitor training material quality and completeness.
• Follow up training deliverables through Jira.

Training Planning & Delivery

• Develop and maintain the integrated training plan aligned with project milestones and Go-Live planning.
• Coordinate Train-the-Trainer sessions and end-user training sessions.
• Monitor attendance, completion rates and certifications.
• Organize assessments and feedback collection mechanisms.
• Report training progress and readiness status to Program Management and PMO.

Training Logistics & Operational Coordination

• Coordinate training venues, virtual environments and required equipment.
• Ensure training environments are available and tested before training sessions.
• Coordinate participant identification and training audience mapping.
• Manage trainer availability and training schedules.
• Coordinate training invitations and participant communications.

Technical Training Support

• Coordinate with IT Infrastructure teams regarding training support.
• Escalate technical issues affecting training delivery.
• Validate SAP systems and demonstration environments before training sessions.
• Support testing of user access rights and technical configurations.

Hypercare & Knowledge Transfer

• Analyze training-related incidents and support requests.
• Identify additional training needs during Hypercare.
• Coordinate supplementary training initiatives after Go-Live.
• Organize knowledge transfer towards the SAP Competence Center.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the central point of contact for training-related activities.
• Communicate risks, progress and readiness status.
• Support communication and adoption campaigns within the program.

Functie-eisen

Conformity Criteria

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in training coordination, learning management or training delivery management within SAP environments.
• Minimum 1 completed assignment as Training Coordinator in an SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration or transformation program.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience with SAP Enable Now.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience with Learning Management Systems(LMS).
• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating training activities for SAP programs involving at least 500 end users.
• Demonstrated experience working with Business, IT and Change Management stakeholders in an SAP transformation environment.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French and English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint in a project or training coordination role.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent through professional experience.
• Willingness to be present at the client's office up to 5 days per week. The required on-site presence may vary during the assignment.

Evaluation Criteria

• Experience with SAP Enable Now, SAP Companion, e-learning solutions and training governance.
• Experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs involving more than 1,000 users.
