What can you expect?

As a Production Scheduler & Batch Tracking Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating the timely manufacturing and release of patient-specific batches within our end-to-end supply chain. You ensure smooth collaboration across teams in a sterile GMP environment.Youare responsible for;

Batch Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinating the on-time release of finished product batches in close collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, QC, and Investigations teams
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear andtimelycommunication
  • Providing transparent updates on batch status, progress, and challenges
  • Building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Owning,maintainingand enhancing the BI dashboards and tools to support batch release coordination
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for BI dashboards troubleshooting by diagnosing and resolving issues across the dashboard landscape, ranging from minor defects and data-quality concerns to complex problems involving data models, refreshes,integrationsor performance
  • Proactivelyidentifyingrisks and bottlenecksimpactingbatch release timelines
  • Driving discussions to resolve issues and ensure continuity
  • Escalating critical risks and supporting decision-making at theappropriate level

Planning

  • Building detailed production schedules to ensure timely execution of manufacturing activities while maximizing capacity utilization and minimizing disruptions
  • Contributing to the execution of the master production plan by translating demand forecasts into feasible short- and mid-term production schedules
  • Collaborating with planning, manufacturing and warehouse teams to align supply with clinical and commercial demand
  • Driving process improvements and contributing to reporting and scalable planning methodologies

Who are we looking for?

Education

  • You obtained abachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Science or a related field or have equivalentexperience

Experience

  • You haveat least three years of relevant experience in supply chain,operationsor quality
  • Experience in a GMP environment within pharma or biotech is a strong plus
  • You have hands‑on experience with Power BI, Power Automateand other Microsoft tools to support reporting analytics,automationor business processes
  • You have experience with building and using complex Power BI dashboards, combining multiple data sources

Languages

  • You are fluent in English
