System & Network Engineer - Your Role
- Internal IT & User Support:Take ownership of incidents and service requests, providing hands-on support for hardware, software, workplace applications and connectivity.
- Microsoft Ecosystem:Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Active Directory and Entra ID, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Endpoint & System Management:Manage Windows and Linux devices, software deployment and endpoint configuration through Microsoft Intune.
- Networking & Security:Support LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and DNS, while contributing to patching, access management, vulnerability remediation and backup activities.
- IT Operations & Suppliers:Coordinate with external IT partners, manage IT assets and licences, and support hardware and software procurement.
- Continuous Improvement:Maintain technical documentation, improve internal processes and contribute to IT projects and operational efficiency.
