Amedisys Home Health is seeking an on-call registered nurse for full-time after-hours coverage. You will perform initial assessments, coordinate the care plan, and communicate patient progress to the care team from 5pm to 8am, Monday through Thursday.
This role focuses on delivering high-quality care in patients' homes and ensuring continuity of care during off-hours. Requirements include an active RN license in the applicable state(s), CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.
