The Architecture Department at BNP Paribas Fortis is the strategic backbone of our digital transformation. Our team of expert architects bridges the gap between security, agility, and customer‑centric innovation, ensuring every system-from cloud to core banking-is built for performance, compliance, and seamless integration.

- Define and own IAM Solutions: You will lead the design, validation, and technical ownership of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, whether for new implementations or evolutions of existing systems. You will ensure alignment with enterprise security policies, regulatory requirements, and business needs.
- Produce and Maintain Architecture Documentation: You will create and update high-quality architecture deliverables, including blueprints, solution architecture and reference architecture documents.
- Support and Mentor Other Architects: You will serve as the go‑to IAM subject‑matter expert, providing technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to fellow architects, security teams, and project stakeholders. You will help clarify complex IAM concepts (e.g., federation, attribute‑based access control, identity lifecycle management) and ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and user‑friendly.
- Ensure Compliance and Mitigate Risks: You will guarantee that IAM architectures comply with internal policies and external regulations, collaborating with risk and compliance teams to address audit findings and mitigate.
