Supervisor Domestic & Foreign (assembly, start-up & coordination)

Datasar Automation realizes custom automation projects at manufacturing and distribution companies. As a family-run SME, we work with trust, responsibility and clear communication. You become the pivot on the site between client, workshop and partners.

• On-site coordination of assembly, installation and start-up (Belgium and abroad).
• Monitor schedules, distribute tasks and monitor quality/safety.
• Direct and support (sub)contractors and in-house technicians.
• Prioritize technical issues and elevate to engineering as needed.
• Communication with client: progress, risks, completion points.

Your profile

• Strong technical base (electromechanics/automation) and experience in project or site management.
• You manage people with respect and clarity.
• You keep an overview, work in a structured way and steer for safety.
• Languages: Dutch; English is important. French/German is a plus.
• Driver’s License B.

Travel frequency

• Approximately 60% of your time will be on location (domestic and international), depending on the project phase.
