Will you be the new Corporate Account Manager in Mechelen? In this role you’ll support corporate clients with their insurance needs and build strong relationships. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact and manage accounts from start to finish. With your knowledge of commercial insurance and customer‑focused approach, you’ll strive for optimal customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist business clients with their insurance needs.
• Manage the entire process from start to finish and build strong client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and act as the client’s designated liaison.
• Independently handle all administrative tasks related to insurance policies.
• Have in-depth knowledge of policy terms and conditions and tailor policies to meet client needs.
• Ensure that all administrative tasks are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain regular contact with both clients and insurance companies.
• Answer client questions and provide appropriate advice.
• Actively strive for client satisfaction and encourage insurance renewals.
• Identify important changes, opportunities, or issues with clients and discuss them with your manager.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, insurance, or law.
• Have relevant work experience in the insurance sector, preferably in a role at an insurance brokerage.
• Have knowledge of commercial insurance, including general liability, fire insurance, auto insurance, and workers’ compensation – a major advantage.
• Be customer‑focused, demonstrate commitment, and proactively seek the right solutions for clients.
• Be able to work independently and operate with care in a structured and solution‑oriented manner.
• Be proficient in Excel and Word and preferably also have experience with the management software BRIO.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in Dutch; knowledge of English and French is an asset.
