You will join a leading financial institution that is actively expanding the use of Artificial Intelligence across its technology landscape. The environment combines software engineering, data expertise and business collaboration, with a strong focus on improving developer productivity, software quality and delivery speed. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to AI-enabled transformation initiatives while working within established engineering and compliance frameworks.

Your Tasks

• Identify opportunities to apply AI across the software development lifecycle.
• Analyse engineering journeys and uncover improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops with engineering teams and key stakeholders.
• Design scalable AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support the implementation of coding copilots and intelligent automation tools.
• Define success metrics and monitor solution adoption and impact.
• Promote engineering best practices and AI-assisted delivery approaches.

Your Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in software engineering, solution architecture, AI engineering, or a related field.
• Good understanding of modern software development practices, frameworks and architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI, Generative AI, machine learning or intelligent automation solutions.
• Knowledge of technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, DevOps and CI/CD is an asset.
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Effective stakeholder management, communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
