Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and academic advisors.
• Identify and support KOLs in creating high-quality content that reinforces scientific evidence, education and strategic communications.
• Organise educational programs across EMEA to train customers on the safe and effective use of Solventum materials.
• Present clinical and technical information globally to Solventum teams, customers, associations, and universities.
• Provide specialised clinical support to orthodontists, dentists, and advisors on complex issues related to digitally designed orthodontic and restorative products, focusing on Clear Tray Aligners.
• Train clinical advisors, KOLs, and university staff or students on Clear Tray Aligners and other customised products, and offer ongoing support.
• Participate in online and face-to-face industry symposia, conferences, and congresses.
• Enhance market awareness by sharing clinical insights and gathering customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local and regional standards while monitoring product quality.

Qualifications

• Dentist degree or higher and broad product knowledge across dental and orthodontic treatment processes
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
• Profound experience in curriculum design and delivery for healthcare professionals as well as in Key Opinion Leader strategy and engagement
• Strong understanding of aligners, biomechanics, materials, and software systems
• Familiarity with restorative workflow and digital treatment planning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as product demonstration capability
• Strong customer focus and organisational skills
• Highly motivated team player who enjoys working with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and countries, with strong skills in managing priorities effectively
• Current, valid driver’s license

Additional Qualifications

• Clinical experience in orthodontics and dentistry is a significant advantage.
