Conseiller clientèle bancaire

We are looking for a Teller with commercial flair to join an independent banking agency with strong local roots. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers and ensure smooth, customer-focused service. You’ll be part of a professional environment where personal service, teamwork, and long-term relationships are central.

• Greeting customers and answering questions about everyday banking;
• Processing banking transactions and administrative files correctly and accurately;
• Assisting customers with payment transactions, digital applications, and everyday banking matters;
• Identifying sales opportunities and referring customers to specialized colleagues;
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships;
• Helping to ensure high-quality service and smooth branch operations;
• Working closely with colleagues across various banking departments;
• Handling the administrative follow-up of customer files.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or has equivalent experience;
• Is interested in the financial sector and banking services;
• Ideally has experience in a banking or insurance environment;
• Possesses the required Febelfin certifications or meets the legal requirements for a commercial position in the banking sector;
• Can provide a clean criminal record;
• Combines commercial acumen with a strong customer focus;
• Works accurately and maintains proper administrative records;
• Possesses good communication skills;
• Is digitally savvy and learns new systems quickly;
• Works well as part of a team and takes on responsibility.

• A full-time position of 37.5 hours per week;
