Our client, a prominent organization in the life sciences sector, is seeking an Electrical Automation Expert to serve as a global authority on low and medium voltage systems. The position focuses on defining technical standards and leading the electrical strategy for international engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop global technical standards while ensuring the integration of safety and environmental considerations.
- Drive the technical strategy for electrical domains and monitor global technological developments.
- Contribute to feasibility studies and conceptual designs for upcoming capital expenditure projects.
- Lead a global network of technical experts to identify and implement industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with cGxP and EHS regulations across all related electrical systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to various stakeholders across the organization.
- Promote digitalization tools and innovation throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Requirements
- You have a Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- You bring 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial electrical systems and global project management.
- You possess expert knowledge of low and medium voltage and power distribution systems.
- You have experience with control systems and instrumentation within industrial environments.You bring experience with EPC and EPCM contracting models for large-scale projects.
- You're an effective communicator with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage international stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English and French.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of Bio Safety Levels requirements up to BSL2.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity for physical asset protection and NIS2 compliance.
