What you will do
You’ll own the digital campaign execution for Lighthouse products focused on marketers at hotel chains and groups globally. This means you’ll set up landing pages, build email workflows, manage campaigns across multiple channels, and coordinate messaging across dozens of touchpoints, from the website and organic social to paid media and events. You’ll work hands‑on in HubSpot and other marketing tools to build assets and launch campaigns.
What sets this role apart is the strategic scope combined with hands‑on execution. You’re not just running campaigns; you’re inserting Lighthouse into the conversation about what hotel marketers should be doing with AI and digital strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with product marketing, content, design, and sales to align messaging and drive real business outcomes—MQLs, SQLs, and closed‑won revenue.
You’ll join a team that’s ahead of most organizations when it comes to AI adoption. You’ll use Claude and other AI tools daily to streamline content creation and campaign ideation. You’ll have the chance to shape how a well‑established brand in hospitality expands its reach.
Where you will have impact
- Own the digital campaign calendar for Chains & Groups. You’ll manage the full execution calendar for the Direct Plan segment, ensuring campaigns launch on time and coordinate across channels. This is the core of the role—taking strategic direction and making it live.
- Drive measurable business outcomes, not vanity metrics. You’ll dig into pipeline numbers, conversion rates, and closed‑won revenue. You’ll understand what’s actually driving business results versus what just looks good on a dashboard, and you’ll optimize based on real performance data.
- Coordinate messaging across dozens of channels. From the website and organic social to paid media, events, and beyond, you’ll ensure Lighthouse’s message lands consistently and is tailored for different regions. You’ll work with content, design, product marketing, and paid media teams to keep everything aligned.
- Build and launch campaigns in marketing automation and CMS platforms. You’ll go hands‑on in HubSpot to set up email workflows, landing pages, and lead capture. You’ll also work in CMS platforms like WordPress or Storyblok to push campaigns live on the backend, not just hand off requirements.
- Understand the global hotel marketer audience inside and out. You’ll own the strategy for who we should target, how messaging should differ across regions, and which segments are eligible for which products. This deep audience knowledge directly shapes campaign strategy and targeting decisions.
- Explore and implement AI‑powered campaign workflows. You’ll use Claude, Clay, and other AI tools to personalize campaigns at scale, generate ideas, and streamline content creation. You’ll help the team move from manual processes to AI‑assisted efficiency.

- You’ve built multi‑channel campaigns end‑to‑end. You’ve coordinated across email, landing pages, content, design, and paid media. You’re comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns without dropping details.
- You’re a builder and methodical executor. You thrive in hands‑on work—setting up workflows, configuring systems, testing, and optimizing. You’re
