Remeha in Belgium is seeking a Manager Service Excellence Benelux to build and lead the service organisation across the Benelux. You will design and monitor systems, processes and teams that deliver a reliable, world-class service experience for customers and technicians.
You will partner with operational leaders, supply chain and digitalisation teams to drive continuous improvement, standardisation and strong KPIs, reporting to the Aftersales Director Benelux and leading a ~12-person team in NL
