Are you passionate about numerical simulation, CFD and multiphysics and interested in working on complex, cutting-edge engineering projects?

We are looking for a Numerical Simulation Engineer to contribute to the design, optimization and validation of advanced technological systems.

Your role

  • Perform CFD simulations involving fluid flows, aerodynamics, thermal management and other complex physical phenomena.
  • Work with tools such as ANSYS Fluent/CFX, OpenFOAM or STAR-CCM+.
  • Develop multiphysics simulations, including thermal-mechanical coupling and Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI).
  • Perform FEM/FEA analyses to assess stress, deformation and structural behaviour.
  • Correlate numerical simulations with experimental and test data.
  • Improve simulation workflows through Python scripting, automation and HPC.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, design and testing teams.
  • Contribute to innovative approaches combining simulation, optimization and advanced numerical methods.

Your profile

  • Master’s or Engineering degree in Fluid Mechanics, Aeronautics/Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics or similar.
  • Around 5 years of experience in numerical simulation, including academic or industrial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CFD and at least one major simulation tool: ANSYS Fluent/CFX, OpenFOAM or STAR-CCM+.
  • Good understanding of fluid mechanics, turbulence and heat transfer.
  • Experience with multiphysics, FEM/FEA or FSI is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of Python, Linux and/or HPC environments is highly appreciated.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.

Experience within aerospace, defense or another highly technical industrial environment is considered an asset.

Why join?

You will work on challenging, high-impact engineering projects where advanced simulation plays a key role in designing and validating next-generation technological solutions.
