- Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers
- Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview, and other channels
- Conduct first interviews focused on motivation, potential, and culture fit
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future Customer Success roles
- Partner with hiring managers and keep them informed throughout the hiring process
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including job content, career pages, and social media posts
- Take primary ownership of hiring for the Customer Success team while supporting other teams as needed
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
- Genuine passion for recruitment and eagerness to learn accepted in lieu of prior experience
- Affinity with Customer Success or the logistics/transport industry is a strong plus
- Strong interest in tech, SaaS, or working in a scale-up environment
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Motivated to deliver quality, not just speed
- Short 2–3 minute video presentation required as part of the application
