Junior IT Specialist

Cloudbizz is looking for a service-oriented and practical Junior IT Specialist to support our growing team. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the local IT infrastructure, workstations and peripherals. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues at the user level, ensure the continuity of hardware/software systems, and contribute to the evolution of our cloud-based work environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to internal users: desktops, laptops, printers, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, VPN access, cloud storage, and printers.
• Maintain and update the inventory of IT equipment.
• Assist in the onboarding/offboarding of users (accounts, access, equipment).
• Monitor and escalate system alerts as needed.
• Document common problems and solutions (contribute to the internal IT knowledge base).
• Collaborate with suppliers for hardware/software purchases and repairs.
• Assist in the deployment of updates and new tools in the organization.

Skills and Qualities Required

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, core networking, printers, and Windows/Mac OS environments.
• Curiosity about new technologies, especially cloud-based services (Azure, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Proactive, analytical, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch with a good understanding of English.

Additional Assets

• Basic scripts or automation (PowerShell, bash).
• Familiarity with cloud computing environments (Azure AD, Intune, remote desktop).
• Experience with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, Zendesk, Jira).
