BRIC in Belgium is seeking a dedicated Growth Marketeer to create and implement effective online marketing strategies aimed at optimizing sales. You will manage the digital marketing plan and budget while driving lead generation and customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of digital marketing experience and a strong command of tools like Google AdWords, SEO, and MailChimp.
This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent planning skills, and a passion for data-driven marketing. You'll work closely with the marketing team to achieve strategic goals and continuously optimize campaigns.
