Pauwels Consulting is seeking an experienced Bioinformatics Engineer to migrate and automate NGS workflows in a cloud HPC environment. You will containerise pipelines, adapt to Slurm, and scale read-mapping, quality control, and variant analysis across projects.
You will also design a PCR primer/probe tool with in silico validation, write user guides, and deliver a complete deployment package with a maintenance plan.
