Job Description
In this logistics‑focused position, you will be responsible for managing Non‑Conformances (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) in a GxP‑regulated clinical supply chain environment. You will coordinate investigations, ensure timely closure of records, and strengthen NC capabilities within the Logistics Integration organization, directly contributing to compliance and patient safety.
Your missions
- Own and manage NC records in COMET (or equivalent platform), from initiation to closure.
- Ensure timely investigation, escalation and closure of NCs, CAPAs and related actions.
- Coordinate investigations with Logistics Integrators, QA, vendors and other stakeholders.
- Review root cause analyses and corrective/preventive actions for robustness and effectiveness.
- Monitor due dates, identify risks to timeliness and proactively drive resolution.
- Support documentation, procedures and training materials related to NC/CAPA management.
- Provide backup coverage for other NC Subject Matter Experts.
- Track NC performance and KPIs, and present status updates in governance meetings.
- Escalate systemic issues, resource constraints and compliance risks to leadership.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Quality, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years in GxP‑regulated operations, quality systems or clinical supply chain logistics.
- Strong knowledge of NC, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis and Quality Management Systems.
- Experience with COMET, TrackWise or similar quality platforms.
- Strong analytical, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven ability to drive investigations across complex cross‑functional organizations.
- Results‑oriented, rigorous and attentive to detail, with good communication skills.
