R&M Technician

As an R&M Technician, you are responsible for ensuring the continuity and reliability of high-tech cleanroom production equipment.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Monitor equipment on a daily basis and strive for continuous uptime.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, analyze technical failures, and resolve them independently or with support from the Equipment Engineer to minimize downtime.
• Participate in various technical projects.
• Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the equipment and installations.
• Act as the first point of contact for operators and engineers regarding maintenance-related matters.
• Ensure smooth handovers and accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
• Contribute as a member of the emergency/intervention team.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in (electro)mechanical engineering, electronics, or electrical engineering.
• A solid foundation in electronics and mechanics is essential. Knowledge of pneumatics, precision mechanics, or vacuum technology is a strong asset in this high-tech environment.
• Enjoys troubleshooting and finding solutions to equipment-related issues.
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and highly accurate in execution.
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to high maintenance and safety standards.
• Fluent in Dutch, with a good basic knowledge of English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift system (24/7 operations).
