Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle for a suite of mobile modules, serving as the business and functional point of contact.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into detailed functional specifications.
- Model business processes using BPMN to define as-is and to-be states.
- Coordinate impact analyses regarding legal, security, and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with internal and external technical partners to ensure the successful delivery of new features.
- Drive change management activities, including user documentation, training sessions, and second-line support.
- Maintain regular reporting on product progress and strategic alignment for program leadership.
