Our client, a specialist in industrial automation, is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical works within manufacturing environments. The role involves coordinating on-site activities and leading a technical team to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinating and supervising electrical work at industrial and manufacturing sites.
- Managing and coaching a team of technicians to ensure high-quality execution.
- Interpreting electrical diagrams and design plans for on-site implementation.
- Connecting control and power panels and commissioning low-voltage systems.
- Monitoring site progress and participating in technical meetings with stakeholders.
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- You have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- You bring 5+ years of experience in industrial electricity, automation, or electrical engineering.
- You have proven experience with site supervision and site coordination.
- You possess strong technical knowledge of industrial electrical installations.
- You’re a proactive leader with a coaching mindset and a hands-on approach.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Nice to Haves
- Experience with VCA safety protocols.
- Willingness to obtain additional certificates in specialized automation systems.
