Projectleider HVAC

As an HVAC Project Manager, you will oversee projects from the initial technical design right through to handover. You will help develop solutions for heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and ensure that every project is well-defined, feasible and of a high standard.

In this role, you combine technical precision with the smooth coordination of people and schedules. You are the central point of contact for clients, subcontractors and site staff, and help to monitor the progress of the works. Thanks to your oversight, projects run efficiently, on schedule and with attention to detail.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gemotiveerde kandidaat met een sterke interesse in techniek en projectopvolging. Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring te hebben: een achtergrond van 3 tot 6 jaar is ideaal voor iemand die graag wil groeien in een verantwoordelijke rol.

Je bent iemand die structuur brengt, duidelijk communiceert en technisch inzicht combineert met een hands-on ingesteldheid. Je werkt nauwkeurig, volgt zaken zelfstandig op en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere partijen tegelijk betrokken zijn.

• Developing and monitoring technical dossiers from start to finish.
• Adapting, optimising or improving existing installations where necessary.
• Planning, monitoring and coordinating new HVAC installations.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors and site staff as the designated point of contact.
• Oversee the planning, timing, quality and progress of the works.
• Contribute ideas for practical and sustainable solutions within each project.

• Bij voorkeur een technische opleiding in HVAC, elektromechanica, klimatisatie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Sterke interesse in verwarming, ventilatie en airconditioning.
• Basiskennis of eerste ervaring met projectopvolging is een pluspunt.
• Vlotte communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding.
• Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor planning en timing.
• In staat om technische informatie correct te interpreteren en om te zetten naar actie.
• Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht werken.
• Ervaring met software of technische dossieropmaak is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je leergierigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en drive maken het verschil.
