TRILINGUAL (NL/FR/EN) PROJECT MANAGER LCS SPARE PARTS (Belgium based)

Purpose of the role:

The Life Cycle Service Sales department of Krones FBL is responsible for all Sales activities to our

customers in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg and the DomTom. The Spare Parts are our

biggest share of the LCS business, and this team provides quotation handling order handling and sales consulting to our customers.

As part of the LCS Sales Department, the Spare Parts Team is responsible for:

  • The accurate and efficient processing of quotations and orders for our customers.
  • Consult our customers in the best possible way with technical support from the back-office team.
  • Have a proactive follow-up on the open quotations and a potential sale.
  • In this context, the Spare Parts Team Members have regular contact with customers within our region.
  • Work in close collaboration with our Maintenance Excellence team.

The Project Manager LCS Spare Parts directly reports to the Team Lead LCS Spare Parts.

What awaits you, as Project Manager LCS Spare Parts?

  • Autonomous creation and processing of simple and complex inquiries, quotations and orders in the current Krones system landscape, taking into account country and customer specifics.
  • Gather all necessary information from customers, sales and our technical clarification team to initiate accurate and tailored quotations.
  • Individual communication and correspondence with customers and internal departments.
  • Collect customer documentation, Purchase Orders, to prepare and launch orders.
  • Coordinate closely with Krones AG business units to ensure proper order processing and technical alignment.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in SAP workflows to support offer and order processing.
  • Maintain regular contact with Krones AG and internal departments (Sales LCS, Customer Care Management and Maintenance team) for clarification and coordination.
  • Coordinating contact person for the respective interface areas along the process chain.
  • Independent processing and analyzing of simple to moderately complex technical clarifications as well as creation and processing of simple to moderately complex overhauls.
  • Handling of all spare parts processes for the assigned customers in the region.
  • Checking whether orders match previously prepared quotations.
  • Entering the correct order into SAP with an eye for accuracy and correctness.
  • Maintaining a good relationship and communication (phone / email) with the different customers.
  • Working with the technical clarification team in order to provide relevant information and offers to the customer through technical datasheets.
  • Leading customer discussions for the proactive sale of spare parts (lead generation).
  • Create and manage opportunities in our current CRM system.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for relevant LCS Sales tasks.

Your profile:

  • You have preferably a bachelor’s degree or proven experience in a complex, administrative environment. An initial experience in an order handling department or Customer Support (in an industrial service company) would be an asset.
  • You speak and write fluently English, Dutch and French. This is a must.
  • You are computer literate and are used to juggling between different syste
