About the Position

For a large-scale industrial project, we are looking for an experienced Punch List Supervisor to manage the operational closure of punch items across multiple work fronts.

You bring together field teams, supervisors, quality, and pre-commissioning around a single goal: timely and demonstrable completion of outstanding items.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading punch closure activities within assigned areas, systems, or disciplines.
  • Prioritizing critical punch items in function of mechanical completion, energization, and pre-commissioning milestones.
  • Managing supervisors and contractor teams for the execution of corrective works.
  • Verifying that punch closure is executed technically correctly and according to project specifications.
  • Organizing field walkdowns and consultations with QA/QC, engineering, and completions coordinators.
  • Escalating technical, material, or resource issues that threaten the handover.
  • Monitoring daily closure performance, backlog, and overdue items and proposing recovery actions.
  • Ensuring that closure evidence, redlines, and relevant dossier documents are correctly updated.

Your Profile

  • Extensive experience in construction supervision, completions, or commissioning on large industrial projects.
  • Strong field leadership and demonstrable experience with contractor coordination.
  • Practical E&I knowledge is highly desirable given the nature of the project.
  • You can quickly assess technical priorities and have a distinctly result-oriented approach.
  • Experience with completions management tools is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of English; Dutch is an asset.

Education & experience

Education: Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent through extensive experience

Experience: Minimum 7 years of construction/completions experience

Certificates & site requirements

  • VCA-VOL required or project equivalent.
  • BA5/ATEX knowledge is an advantage for E&I-related punch scope.
