<div><p><strong>Hospitality Talents</strong>, recruitment agency specialized in executive hospitality profiles, is proud to partner with a prestigious luxury hotel in Brussels (part of an international hospitality group) in the search for an outstanding <strong>Director of Sales & Marketing</strong>.</p><p>This is a rare opportunity for a strategic, hands-on commercial leader to join the Executive Committee and play a key role in shaping the hotel’s growth, visibility, and market positioning.</p><p>If you are passionate about luxury hospitality, business development, brand storytelling, and high-impact marketing strategies, this position offers an exciting platform to make a difference.</p><p><strong>Your Mission</strong></p><p>As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will drive revenue performance, brand strategy, and commercial success across all segments, while leading a dynamic team and representing the hotel at the highest level.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Commercial Strategy & Sales Leadership</p><ul><li>Define and execute ambitious sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key corporate, leisure, and travel industry partners</li><li>Support the sales team with impactful proposals, presentations, and tailored client experiences</li><li>Monitor KPIs, market trends, and sales performance to continuously optimize results</li></ul><p>Marketing & Brand Positioning</p><ul><li>Develop and lead innovative marketing plans aligned with the hotel’s luxury identity and business goals</li><li>Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all channels, enhancing guest engagement and loyalty</li><li>Oversee campaign planning, creative assets, and content strategy</li></ul><p>PR, Communication & Reputation Management</p><ul><li>Drive public relations initiatives to increase brand awareness locally and internationally</li><li>Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and strategic stakeholders</li><li>Manage communication strategies in sensitive or crisis situations with professionalism and proactivity</li></ul><p>Digital Marketing & Online Presence</p><ul><li>Enhance the hotel’s digital footprint through SEO/SEM, social media, newsletters, and online advertising</li><li>Stay ahead of emerging digital trends to maximize visibility and conversion</li><li>Collaborate with partners to strengthen distribution channels and online performance</li></ul><p>Market Intelligence & Business Insights</p><ul><li>Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning</li><li>Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making</li></ul><p>Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration</p><ul><li>Work closely with Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, and Ownership to ensure full alignment</li><li>Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team</li><li>Foster a culture of excellence, creativity, and accountability</li></ul></div>
