Imec in Belgium is seeking a dedicated SEM-TEM operations specialist to join the FAB. You will monitor tool health, collaborate with equipment suppliers, and support inline and out-of-line electron microscopy inspections to advance process development.
You will be the primary contact for tool performance issues, contribute to KPIs, and support SPC activities to ensure reliable SEM and TEM operations in our advanced cleanroom environment.
