Location: Riverhead, NY | Employment Type: Full-time (35–40 hours/week) | Salary: $356,345.50 – $417,497.60/yr (40 hrs/week) or $311,802.40/yr starting base (35 hrs/week)

Position Overview

This role provides comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to diverse patient populations in a community health setting. The position is located at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Riverhead, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic care
• Perform outpatient sessions and surgical procedures
• Participate in on‑call coverage and hospital rounds
• Supervise and collaborate with advanced practice providers
• Coordinate referrals and follow‑up care
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Active NY State license, DEA registration, and Board Certification
• Experience with diverse patient populations in community health settings
• Proficiency in prenatal care, intrapartum management, postpartum care, gynecologic surgery, family planning, and electronic health records
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, cultural competence, empathy, and teamwork skills with advanced practice providers and multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
