NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled in-house Senior Competition Counsel to join its dynamic Legal team in Brussels. Operating at the intersection of law and technology, the successful candidate will handle competition matters impacting major technological trends, including graphics, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing.Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the legal team and management on competition matters.
- Interfacing with European regulators (both EC and NCAs) and other regulators globally.
- Collaborating with cross-functional, global NVIDIA teams (such as contract and investment teams) to promote competition.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A law degree and a valid license to practice law in Europe.
- 12+ years of experience at a law firm, regulatory agency, or company.
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
- Exceptional legal judgment across a wide variety of subject matters.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the high-tech industry.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach.
- A strong passion for learning new areas of law.
