From day one, you’ll dive into client projects as anEngagement Lead, taking ownership of delivery with the backing of experiencedteam members from Belgium. Requirements
- You hold a Master’s degree and are passionateabout business transformation.
- You bring 4+ years of professional experience,ideally with a solid background in management consulting or a comparable rolein the industry.
- You’ve developed or are developing expertise inone or more areas of our clients' service offering. For example; sustainability, digital solutions, digital transformation, business transformation.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills.
- You’re fluent in Dutch and proficient inEnglish.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and aremotivated to take initiative. You embody the INSPIRE values that guide ourwork and culture.
- You’re aligned with our mission to createpositive impact—for clients and beyond.
- You are based in the Netherlands and availableto work in Amsterdam.
