As a Senior Product Manager, you play a key role in developing, positioning and ensuring the profitability of our product offering within the business segment. What does your job as a Senior Product Manager look like?In this role, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution:
* You take the lead in developing and improving products and services for small businesses and self-employed clients
* You coordinate the full product development lifecycle, from concept, conditions and governance to launch preparation, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders
* You monitor market trends and evolving customer needs, translating them into innovative product solutions
* You help define the positioning of our product portfolio across the market and our distribution channels
* You analyze market data, customer insights and distributor needs to support strategic decision-making
* You monitor product profitability and initiate targeted improvements where needed
* You build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal product positioning This is how you perfectly fit into the team* You have a strong and broad knowledge of business insurance (including Property, Motor, Liability, Business Interruption, Accident and Electronics)
* You have at least 5 years of experience as a product manager within an insurance company in one or more of these areas. Experience as an underwriting assistant or underwriter within this segment is considered an asset
* You are familiar with the business insurance market and the broker landscape
* You combine analytical thinking with a customer
- and results-oriented mindset and take initiative proactively
* You have strong communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at different levels
* You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English
* You are a team player, eager to learn and open to change
