Apprentus is looking for motivated and passionate Climbing Coaches to provide private sessions to clients of all ages and levels. Our platform connects skilled instructors with individuals seeking personalized support in sports and outdoor activities.

Job Description

We are currently recruiting Climbing Coaches to offer one-on-one sessions. Whether clients are beginners learning the basics, intermediate climbers improving technique, or advanced climbers working on strength and performance, your guidance will help them progress safely and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Teach climbing techniques, including footwork, grip, balance, and movement
• Ensure safety practices and proper use of equipment at all times
• Adapt sessions to each client's level, goals, and physical ability
• Help clients build strength, endurance, and confidence
• Provide constructive feedback to support progress
• Manage your own schedule and session planning

Profile / Requirements

• Strong climbing skills and solid knowledge of climbing techniques
• Coaching or teaching experience is an advantage
