Position Description Summary: Manage Major and Minor Feluy projects, as well as other site Major Projects if needed. Understanding of Reactivation process, with energy and/or performance optimization. Act as a consultant and help to the plant maintenance to improve reliability and long term profitability. Respect Safety rules, ISO compliance, Environmental awareness and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work all times in respect of safety measures and wear the required personal protection equipment in the workshop and at customer’s sites. Ensure safety procedures are developed, well known and implemented in the Project Team. Integrate safe-start approach in the regular safety team meeting and accident analysis.
2. Ensure and follow up ISO compliance and develop required project to improve our Environmental impact.
3. Manage directly Major and Minor projects for the Feluy plant, with internal and external help as required. Responsible for the scope, the process and technical solution, the budget and the planning.
4. Act as an expert technical consultant to help project development for Feluy and other sites.
5. Understand the principle of reactivation, to develop further our understanding of the process and ensure optimization or special reactivation follow up.
6. On request, participate with Maintenance and Operations to develop reliable solutions to recurrent problem and ensure full implementation and follow up.

Recommended requirements for the position

1. Chemical Engineer, Mechanical or equivalent.
2. Organization, communication, and assertiveness skills.
3. Frequent travel (10-25%) based on project requirements, short or mid duration (Italy, France, UK).
4. E&I or automation experience can be an advantage.
5. Self-motivation, easy to integrate, perseverant and reliable in the long term are key success factors.

Language skill level

• English, French and Italian - Oral, Written and Comprehension.

1. Good communication skills, multiple language is an asset.
2. Well organized and structured, to ensure right priorities are allocated.
3. Complete Technical background.
4. Self-motivation, easy to integrate, perseverant and reliable in the long term are key success factors.
